  • ELEPON collects personal information within the scope necessary.
  • ELEPON uses customer-provided personal information only for proper purpose and does not disclose or provide the information to any third party other than parties taking over the related businesses without the customers approval, except for orders that comply with the regulations of Japan.
  • When ELEPON subcontracts to handle personal information, we investigate the subcontractor and supervise the confidentiality of the information.
  • ELEPON makes efforts to protect illegal access to personal data, the loss, destruction, alteration and/or leakage of personal data.
  • ELEPON trains all of our employees, makes efforts to protect personal information, and assigns a person charged with protecting the information.
  • ELEPON abides by the laws and regulations of Japan pertaining to personal information.
